The pornography we may complain about is only the tip of the iceberg. Where do they get the children and adults who appear in pornographic exhibits? Every year four millions lose their freedom abducted into slavery. At that point they are available for anything the slave owners want to do with them.

Indeed, the CIA runs pedophile brothels in the DC area to shake down or subvert errant Diplomats AND Congressmen.

Every day an average of $10 millions in illicit narcotics crosses the border checkpoint at Nuevo Laredo/Laredo TX. That would be a ton of cocaine, for example [1000 kilos]. I submit, if the sages in Washington can't stop this traffic well known at this single checkpoint, how can they stop anything or anyone?
These are the same people who drowned New Orleans and got out-foxed by the Iraqis.
You are right the WASP's were top guns 200 years ago, but after 1950 they have faded badly.
Maybe an influx of people of color would restore us with vigor.

I had so many instances of our government failing us I put them three to a page. Yet, the leadership continues with the con job thinking we are dumb enough to believe anything.

Yes, I agree, great article. The illegal drug trade exists because it is allowed. The revenue sources stream to the most unbelievable characters. What happened to the $50 million from the Clinton scandal? What about all those people who were suicided because of it? Too much free money and untraceable (as well as tax free) to put an end to it. That would be like taking a child off the bottle.

Of all people, Ahmadinejad made a big effort to reduce the heroin plague in Iran. He took away the death penalty for addicts. He provided free treatment centers with clean needles and methadone.
The current methods against the drug traffic are not working.

In the old days they told us the FBI the T-men and the Coast Guard protected us. After 9/11 they had to hire 75,000 more folks to protect us.
Somehow, I feel less safe.
I collect the radio series called Cloak and Dagger about the OSS in WWII. It does wonders for my spirit at a cost considerably less than the Iraqi War..[ROLLEYES][HEART]

The blinders need to come off! If on one day everyones eyes were finally opened the truth of our world, it would leave many in tears, and the others would probably wonder how they could take advantage of the situation.
Keep up the good work....removing blinders one at a time may be our only hope.
